Beaverton Milestone Hobby Shop and Hyperdrive Design were built from a dream, a passion for making, and a commitment to community.

Founded by Mark Witek, a proud husband, father of four, and disabled veteran, Beaverton Milestone Hobby Shop was created to be more than just a store. After years of service to his country and dedication to his family, Mark wanted to build something that brought people together through creativity, innovation, and hands-on hobbies.

Alongside his close friend and co-founder, Kyle Davis, Mark set out to create a place where makers, hobbyists, families, small businesses, and 3D printing enthusiasts could find the tools, support, and knowledge they need to bring their ideas to life.

Kyle brings a strong background in the 3D printing world as the original creator behind the Zero-G Mercury One and the Voron Trident Sidepack. Together, Mark and Kyle have taken on a mission to make advanced 3D printing more practical, reliable, and accessible.

Through Hyperdrive Design, that mission continues with business-class 3D printers, smart upgrades, custom designs, mod kits, accessories, and practical 3D printing solutions built for real-world use. Our goal is simple: create products that are strong, dependable, intuitive, and easy to use.

But Beaverton Milestone Hobby Shop is not just about 3D printing. As hobbyists ourselves, we wanted to build a space for anyone who enjoys creating, building, collecting, learning, or working with their hands. Whether you are into model railroading, trading cards, RC vehicles, stained glass, 3D printing, or other hands-on hobbies, our goal is to make you feel welcome.

Opening this shop means more to us than simply running a business. It is about creating a place where families, friends, makers, and enthusiasts can connect, share ideas, explore their passions, and find inspiration.

What started as a dream has grown into a community-focused hobby shop and 3D printing brand built on honesty, practical experience, creativity, and a genuine love for helping people make things.
